When beginning your hole, use minimal pressure until half way down step tip, once it grabs, let off on all pressure, using only the weight of the drill, and open up the RPMs as fast as possible. Our patented High Cobalt HSS alloy stands the test of time. The precision Nitro-Carburized ground flutes and wide web design facilitates fast chip removal thus preventing bits from over heating and becoming brittle. Our shanks are ground with 3 flats from 1/16" - 1/2" for non-slippage in chuck!
